Website information does not promise a particular appointment time, service, provider, result, or availability. You may use the practice's Tebra scheduling and patient-portal links as provided on the website. Tebra is a separate service, and its own terms and privacy practices apply to activity on that service.
The website may also link to Google Maps or other third-party websites. Those services are operated independently. Their content, availability, terms, privacy practices, and security are controlled by the applicable third party, not Allegiant Community Care.
