About Allegiant Community Care

Allegiant Community Care is a Charlotte, Michigan nonprofit primary-care practice serving individuals and families with compassionate, accessible, high-quality care. We focus on building a respectful relationship with each patient and supporting health at every stage.

Mission

Our mission is to strengthen the health of people in Charlotte and surrounding rural communities through accessible primary care, preventive services, chronic-condition support, and practical health education. We believe care should be personal, understandable, and grounded in the needs of the community we serve.

As a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, Allegiant Community Care is guided by service rather than by a one-size-fits-all approach. We welcome conversations about your health goals, questions, and circumstances so we can help you understand available next steps.

Our Commitment

We are committed to thoughtful primary and preventive care that helps patients stay well and address concerns early. Our services may include routine visits, preventive screenings, immunization review, chronic disease management, medication support, and health education. Care is tailored to the visit and subject to availability.

Access includes making space for honest questions. If cost, insurance, transportation, scheduling, or another circumstance may make care difficult, please ask our team about your options. We will share the information currently available and help you identify an appropriate way to move forward; specific coverage, assistance, and appointment availability should be confirmed with the practice.

Core Values

Compassion: We listen with patience and treat every person with dignity, respect, and understanding.

Community: We are invested in the health of Charlotte and nearby rural communities, and we aim to make care more approachable and connected to everyday life.

Quality: We provide careful, evidence-informed care and clear education so patients can participate in decisions about their health.

Access: We work to reduce practical barriers and encourage patients to ask about cost and other concerns before they prevent a conversation about care.
